CANCELLATION POLICY Plans change — cancelling a Brassify order is simple as long as it hasn't shipped. Before dispatch - You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched, at no charge. - Prepaid orders are refunded in full to the original payment method. After dispatch - Once an order has been handed to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery or request a return after it arrives (see our Return Policy). Orders we may cancel - We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, undeliverable addresses, or suspected fraudulent activity. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
