SHIPPING POLICY We ship handcrafted Brassify products across India, carefully packed to arrive safely. Processing & dispatch - Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. - Made-to-order or bulk items may take longer; we'll keep you informed. Delivery time - Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. - Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take a little longer. Charges - Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay. Watch for free-shipping offers on eligible orders. Tracking - Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email/WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door. You can also view order status in your account. Packaging - Brass, copper and glass items are wrapped and cushioned for safe transit.
